Wallflower Counseling® does not take insurance. However, I work with a group practice (Fringe Counseling Collective) to accept clients with the following insurance plans: Aetna, Cigna, Anthem, BCBS, and Orlando Health UMR.

All 50 minute sessions are offered at a standard rate of $150.
Sliding scale is available on a limited basis. Please contact me if you are unable to afford the standard rate.

Once you reach out, I will contact you shortly to schedule an appointment if not already requested. You will be prompted to review and complete paperwork through the Client Portal via SimplePractice. It is quick and easy.
During the first session, I will get to know you within your context, ask about your presenting concerns, and goals. Then we will work towards those goals together over time.
It is typically recommended to start off with weekly sessions, then decrease to biweekly if desired.

Wallflower Counseling® offers immediate availability. You can be seen the same week given that I have time available on your preferred start date and time. Intake documentation needs to be fully completed prior to the first session.

Yes, sessions are offered in person and via telehealth for Florida residents.
